Growing up in mum's kitchen

My roots are deeply embedded in my Mum's London kitchen, a vibrant and bustling hub of Caribbean life. It wasn't just a space for cooking, but the heart of our home. The air, thick with fragrant spices and simmering stews, was a constant storyteller of family, tradition, and boundless love. Every pot and pan held cherished memories of lively gatherings, echoing laughter, and the comforting presence of loved ones. Leaving London, I found myself yearning for the familiar comforts of my Mum's kitchen, those tastes that instantly transport me back to my London childhood.
